By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or participating in any of our programs (including but not limited to Live Selling Lab), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Any examples of earnings, sales results, or performance (including references to $500–$2,000+ live shows or similar) are illustrative only and not typical or guaranteed.

Your results depend on many factors including:

You are solely responsible for your results and business decisions.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Certain Services (including Live Selling Lab) are offered as recurring subscriptions.

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • You will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly)
  • Billing continues until you cancel
  • You are responsible for canceling before your next billing cycle

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing with notice
  • Suspend or terminate access for non-payment

5. REFUNDS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of digital products, training, and community access:

  • No refunds are provided once access is granted
  • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion

By participating in any Opan Academy community (including Live Selling Lab), you agree:

You will NOT:

  • Spam or self-promote excessively
  • Misrepresent results or products
  • Disrupt live sessions or group environments

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content
  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Ban users without refund

7. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Opan Academy is an independent education provider.

We are not owned or operated by:

  • TikTok
  • Poshmark

Participation in these platforms is subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Platform policy changes
  • Algorithm performance
  • Platform-related losses

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Opan Academy (including training, scripts, templates, videos, and materials) is protected by copyright.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell content
  • Share access with others
  • Use materials for commercial redistribution

9. PROHIBITED USES
